UltraFlexi software

UltraFlexi software is unique. It is not e-HR, a job board or workflow automation. Think of it as a store of available hours. These hours are offered by workers deciding when they want to work (within any parameters agreed with you). The system knows all sorts of data about each hour it has to offer.

Availability Screen

The details on each hour your managers could purchase includes:

  • What is the person's relationship to your organisation and your department? Employee? Inducted? How many hours have they worked for you in the past?
  • What's the reliability ranking of the individual?
  • Who vetted any claims about qualifications, CRB checks or other authorisations? When was it done?
  • The flexibility around each hour: how far will the person travel from their home postcode for how much extra pay, for example.
  • Specific times when the person offering the hour can be contacted.

You can buy these hours with extraordinary precision. Ten people for 2 hours? 5 people with catering experience to start in an hour? A secretary for 4 specific slots next week? Pre-trained extra workers to get you through regular peaks of need that only last an hour? All routine requirements for users of UltraFlexi.

Simplicity

Select a Seller screen

Our software sits behind your website. It is extremely simple to use. A manager who needs to book staff:

  • Inputs their requirements.
  • Sees instantly all the workers who want to do that booking, they are rated by reliability or their ranking within the organisation. The fully inclusive hourly rate for each person for that booking is shown.
  • Selects the worker(s) they want and approves any Reporting Instructions.
  • Sees the confirmations come in.
  • Approves an online timesheet at the end of the booking.

Managers can define levels of access for each member of their staff. Full Management Information is constantly available.

How do you want it?

The software can work in one of three modes:

  • Closed system: you buy the time of your employees based on your current need for staff, each person's preferences and your contractual relationship with each individual.
  • Agency system: you buy the time of agency workers who are also available to other employers. You can have a pool of workers you've inducted within the system.
  • Hybrid: your system seamlessly matches the two options above. For every requirement, your managers see a mix of employees and agency temps who are eligible, available and keen to do that assignment. Obviously, employees are prioritised at each stage.

We are happy to arrange an online demonstration of the software.
